Volunteers

If you are interested in helping make the conference a success and would like to share some of your time with us, discounted rates are available. 

Volunteers who commit 4 hours of time during the conference attend the weekend for only $20.  Volunteers who commit 20 or more hours before, during and after the event attend for free.  

There are several onsite volunteer needs including:
Setup/Take Down: Assist Friday afternoon or Sunday night with setting up tables and chairs, hanging signs, etc.
Recycling educators: Help attendees sort recycling, compost and waste at the Eureka recycling stations.
Registration: Greet attendees, check them in, take money as needed for walk-in registrants, assist with selling DVD copies of plenaries.
"Traffic Control": Assist attendees with finding workshops, help with directions, etc. These volunteers may be pulled in to help staff other needs during the meal times.

(Note: Take down is unlikely to take 4 hrs, but please plan to stay the entire time if you sign up for this shift)
