Dining Emporium
Arrive hungry if you want to enjoy delicious food offered by three local dining establishments committed to creating organic, fresh, local (when available) and wholesome menus. Your meals can be enjoyed in the dining area, where the plenary presentations (DVD's from the National Bioneers Conference) will be played. Food is also permitted in the family room on the second floor (plenaries are also shown here).
The Dining Emporium will be open from 8a - 6p Saturday, and 9a - 6:30p Sunday. Menu selections and prices will vary. Vegetarian and vegan options will be provided. Emporium is pork free.

Dining Emporium vendors will participate on a panel moderated by Jeremy Iggers and share some of their delicious food at the gala afterward. Click here for more information.
Registrants are encouraged to bring their own mug, utensils and plate. A rinsing sink is available. Dishware must be sanitized at home.
