Become an Exhibitor

 

At this time we have just a couple of slots left for Northland Bioneers Conference Exhibitors.  We welcome all organizations who support the mission of Northland Sustainable Solutions and the spirit of the Northland Bioneers Conference, which will be held at the University of Minnesota Willey Hall on Saturday and Sunday, October 24 and 25, 2009. 

If you wish to register, please send an email titled "2009 Exhibitor" to kmclower@yahoo.com including the name of your business or organization, whether you will have sales or no sales, contact name, email and phone number.  

Exhibitors are a key feature for Northland Bioneers Conference participants. Many people attend to learn about initiatives that can help them adopt a sustainable lifestyle and become more active in their community.  

COST 

  • With on-site Sales Transactions: $250
  • Without on-site Sales Transactions: $150 
  • Literature Table Only: $30


INCLUDES 

  • 6’ table and two chairs (supply your own cover please).  
  • Listing in the Northland Bioneers Conference event program and on the Northland Bioneers Conference website, including a link to your organizational website if you choose. 
  • Two weekend event passes for booth attendants: These weekend passes are transferable to accommodate multiple shifts, but is valid for only two attendants on site at any given time. If you would like to have more than two booth attendants at a time, additional booth worker passes are $30 each and include full weekend access. Each additional pass is valid for one additional booth worker on site at any one time.  Additional booth worker passes must be purchased prior to the start of the conference.
  • Banners may be hung from the table or displayed on an easel you provide. Wall space is not guaranteed.
  • The exhibit area will be patrolled by security during offhours. Exhibitors are responsible for securing high-value items.


LITERATURE TABLE OPTION

In lieu of a full exhibit space, for a $30 fee, organizations have the option to place a copy of one promotional item (bring 50-500 copies) on an Information Table in the Exhibit area.

  

By submitting an application to the Northland Bioneers Conference, the exhibiting organization and all booth attendees agree to the following: 
  1. Keep it Green: While planning and participating in the conference, exhibitors will minimize consumption and avoid use or sale of products that can not be recycled. Exhibitors will observe the “rethink, reduce, reuse, recycle” objective in considering giveaways or handouts.
  2. Exhibitors align with the Northland Bioneers Conference mission: To inspire individuals to utilize natural systems in developing and restoring our communities.
  3. Promote the event and your participation to your network.
  4. Purchase registration passes for additional booth workers as needed.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
  • Cancellations received before October 10, 2009, will be charged a $75 processing fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations after October 10, 2009.
