Dr. Roopali Phadke, Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies Policy and Politics at Macalester, whose research is on water issues and environmental awareness around the world
 
Timothy DenHerder-Thomas, 2009 graduate of Macalester, recipient of the Mario Savio award, founder of the national student group Summer of Solutions
 
Bill and Rebecca Wilson , Midwest Permaculture
